About This Project

This home was previously listed with another agency and after their campaign was unsuccessful, they came to us for help. We went through the home and identified areas that could be improved upon before we marketed it. We helped to paint fences, mulch gardens & pressure clean and after some beautiful new professional photographs the results spoke for themselves!

The home was Under Contract in 14 days! The previous agency had no offers over a 3 months period!
