About This Project

We knew this beautiful home was going to be a hit with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, side access & a fantastic shed! The owners had done a great job de-cluttering the home ready for photos so we just tidied & pressure cleaned fences and driveways.

With a fantastic set of photos, the campaign went live and the response was overwhelming – in the first week alone we received an engagement of over 20,000 views & over 35 enquiries! A combination of premium marketing, professional photos & property preparation meant the home performed exceptionally, going under contract after the first open home!
